- The Bix Sgroppino
Tangerine sorbet - 2 tbsp. l.
Ground cinnamon – pinch
Vodka – 25 ml
Prosecco – 100 ml
Preparation: Put the sorbet in the bowl of the blender, add prosecco, vodka and a small pinch of cinnamon. Beat everything in a blender and pour into glasses.
- 60 ml dry gin
- 30 ml dry vermouth
- a little orange bitter
Preparation: Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass and fill it with ice. Stir properly to cool and pour through a sieve into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a slice of lemon zest or olive.

- dry sparkling wine 120 ml
- currant liqueur 20 ml
Preparation: First, liquor is poured into a tall champagne glass, and then cold sparkling wine is added.
- Old Fashioned
-– 60 ml of bourbon or rye whiskey
– 1 tsp. or 1 sugar cube
- 2-3 bitter dashes
Preparation: Combine bitter and sugar in an old fashion glass. Add a couple of drops of water and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour in the whiskey, stir again, and add a couple of large ice cubes.
