Sberbank Insurance "Time of Leaders"

Project tasks

-Our main task was to unite the guests and hold an event that would not only entertain, but also unite all participants. We wanted to create an atmosphere where everyone felt part of the team.

- At the Apple Hill site, we planned to hold a team building for 300 people. This team building was supposed to be a central event where participants could show their skills, creativity and cohesion.

- We had only a week to organize this large-scale event. Despite the limited time, we aimed to make it memorable and effective.

Chips project

- The entire team building location was located on the territory of the Krylatsky Hills and used digital technologies. Each participant was given a tablet, which became an integral assistant in solving various tasks and tests during the event.

- We created various zones on the territory of Krylatsky Hills, where participants could show their creativity, ingenuity, intelligence and physical abilities. This helped to give everyone the opportunity to express themselves in different aspects.

- We aimed to combine team building with the entertaining evening part of the event. This allowed the participants not only to work in a team, but also to have fun and relax after active activities.
