We have developed a unique extreme program, which has become the culmination of the training path of the SOKOLOV team for a year. This retreat in the Maldives was conceived as a test of the top management team and creating a powerful source of motivation. Throughout the year, the company's top management underwent various training and leadership programs from leading business coaches, and the culmination was a field trip that tested the team's strength and became a source of powerful motivation to reach new heights. This program was developed in conjunction with survival expert Ed Khalilov and involved not only extreme challenges, but also team building in an unpredictable environment.
