Strategic session for Sberbank-Technology

Project tasks

  • Organize strategic regional Conference for employees of two blocks of PJSC Sberbank.
  • Prepare and conduct the first KVN Festival-commands.
  • Both events linked to the corporate values and embed their broadcasting activity.

The concept of

Within five days the top management of the company has been actively involved in the strategy session on the future development of both units. Musings and brejnshtormy took place under the strict supervision of professional business consultants.

At the same time evolved in another site full of creative activity: KVNshhikov team rehearsed together with a professional Director of photography to make statement and witty, and memorable.

Chips project

  • In addition to activities directly we were responsible for the logistics of all 250 participants, their accommodation, eating and moving between locations.
  • The first KVN Festival which took place at a decent level: light, sound, speech themselves, choreography and scenery are all coordinated by professionals. And of course, photography was conducted both at the present television KVNe.
  • Tula gingerbread will definitely become part of the program and symbolized the tools of motivation in the Bank!
