Our event agency Big Jack organizes an internship every year to give way to new talents and share their knowledge and experience. In our company, the intern actively joins in the project work from the first day. At the beginning of the internship, work begins on projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. By the end of the internship, real experience is gained, and most importantly - there is an understanding and an idea of the chosen profession.

Despite all the difficulties of 2020, we were still able to conduct an internship in the fall. This format allowed us to recruit a team of interns in different directions.

The internship took place in the following positions:

• The manager of the call center on the outsourcing (connected to the call of our cold base)
• Content Manager (SEO site optimization - filling the site with content - writing interesting articles in our BLOG)
• Intern for our social networks (Doing social media accounts (VK, INST, FB) - filling groups with content, revitalizing the audience, telling about past events)
• Junior Account Manager (Customer Communication, Sipuni Integration, AMO CRM, (incoming queries q lido-generating results through the channels described above)

Each of the positions had a clearly defined cost of work on points, which allowed the interns to assess the complexity and importance of the task.

To complete the internship, we have developed a creative test for applicants, so that everyone can try their hand and understand what awaits him. Seven people coped with the creative test, and it was they who were able to become part of our team. The paid internship lasted 3 months.

During the internship, we managed to hold an international conference CPS SBER API in the online format.

All those who have passed the internship received a letter with recommendations, and the best we invited to work in our team. In addition, interns have developed an understanding about the work of event agency, working in a team, they have gained skills in dropbox, excel, google tables, trello and improved their skills in creating presentations.

As a bonus for excellent work, we held a corporate for our interns before the New Year, where everyone was able to share their opinion about the past internship, give feedback and get the first salary.
