Trade day celebrated in Russia every year on the fourth Saturday of July. This date sanctioned by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 07.05.2013 № 459 "on the bottom of the employee's trade".

The history of the holiday

The history of this celebration is very messy. In 1966, the Government of the USSR in accordance with the resolution of the holiday was the fourth Sunday of July. But in 1988, inexplicably statesmen decided to move the event to the third Sunday in March.
