Business game "Skrambilding"

• Talk about basic principles of agile approach to project implementation.
• Teach employees to work in the scrum team.
• Learn about how employees prefer to schedule work distribute roles and implement project (strategy, tactics, leadership style).

Two teams must build a city out of Lego parts. The customer is the Mayor of this city, he is the "product owner". Two teams of "developers" have to build a number of buildings with specified parameters and so that the two parts of the city can be combined into a single unit.

List of buildings in the city is the total amount of the project, each Sprint is the construction of several buildings depending on the priority of their appearance, their complexity and resource-intensive. Resources, of course, is limited: it's Lego pieces and time. In the process of building the customer adds new data and gives feedback on request.

Review meetings after the sprints and after construction help participants see their strengths and weaknesses in team work, as well as to determine the style of planning and implementing the project.
